How do I know who will receive the postcard?

We carefully select neighborhoods based on demographics and household data to ensure your business reaches an ideal local audience. Each Splue Card is mailed directly to thousands of homes in your community, targeting the people most likely to benefit from your product or service.

Do I need to provide my own ad?

Nope! We’ve got you covered. We offer professional ad design as part of the package. However, if you already have a design you'd like to use, just send it over — we’re happy to work with your creative!

How do I send logos, images, etc.?

You can attach your high-resolution logos, images, and any brand guidelines when purchasing the spot or email them to us directly. We'll walk you through exactly what we need — no stress.

Do postcards actually work?

Yes! Direct mail remains one of the most effective forms of local advertising. It’s tangible, targeted, and trustworthy — giving your business a physical presence in someone’s home. Businesses see increased visibility, walk-ins, and brand awareness through co-op postcards. People keep them on their fridge or counter to refer back to them because we include useful services, information, and offers. 

When will the postcard be distributed?

The Splue Card is mailed out monthly. Once you’re confirmed for a spot, we’ll provide the estimated mail-out date and a timeline to keep everything on track.

How long will the process take?

From finalizing your ad to dropping the postcards in the mail, the entire process typically takes 3–4 weeks. This includes design, review, printing, and distribution.

What if I don’t approve the ad?

No worries! We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you're happy with how your business is represented. Your approval matters, and we won’t move forward without it.

How do I get updates?

You’ll receive regular email updates at each key milestone — from ad draft to printing to mail drop. You can also reach out to us anytime for a status check!
